What is in it

Full rules and detail6 steps

A rebuild of the arcade's horse-racing game in Unity 6, made as a premium sports broadcast with art from Blender: glass panels, a LIVE bug, a race tracker and lower thirds over a daytime course. A race day is a session of 5 to 20 races. Each race card draws a track, a distance, the going and six runners, each with a running style, form, a rating and a price. Bet WIN, PLACE (top two), SHOW (top three) or FORECAST (the first two in order). The race is run in 3D with a camera director that cuts between the gate, chase, tracking, aerial and head-on shots, or a fixed camera of your choice; SKIP takes you to the last furlong, and close finishes go to a photo. The result page lists the official result with distances and prices. Paid races are rounds on the game provider: it draws the finishing order in proportion to each runner's chance and settles the stake and the win against the casino wallet, at a 95% return to player. Arenas are the provider's multiplayer rooms for 2 to 8 players: create one or join by invite code (with an optional password), bet in a 30-second window and watch the same race as everyone else, with a leaderboard and a daily bounty.

How to play

  1. Press PLAY on the title screen, enter a jockey name on your first visit, and pick how many races your session runs (5 to 20).
  2. Open the race card. Check the going and each runner's form (W a win, P a place, L a loss, newest on the right), rating and price, and tap a horse to back it.
  3. Choose the bet: WIN pays if your horse finishes first, PLACE for the top two, SHOW for the top three, and FORECAST for the first two home in the right order.
  4. Add up to four bets to the slip (BET 1 to BET 4), one of each kind, each with its own horse and stake. Tap a bet to change it, or its cross to remove it, then confirm the slip. Every stake is within the casino's limits and is settled by the game provider.
  5. Watch the race. Tap the camera button to switch views, or SKIP to the last furlong. Back the winner and the payout lands in your balance.
  6. Open ARENAS to race other players: create an arena or join one by its code, bet within the 30-second window and race the same field. Win 3 arena races in a day to collect the daily bounty.
